The Blackburn and District Football Combination is a football league operating in East Lancashire. Clubs from the league are eligible to join the East Lancashire League. The latest clubs to join were Pleasington (who joined in the 2008-2009 season, taking the name Feniscowles & Pleasington, the name of a former club which became defunct in 2004), Witton Albion (for the 2007-2008 season), Mill Hill and Langho. Former members Haslingden St. Mary's and Mill Hill St. Peter's are current members of the West Lancashire League in the national pyramid system and the original Feniscowles & Pleasington plyed their trade in the same league until folding.
